This catering agreement (the "Contract") by and between Valley Isle Catering, LLC (“VIC”) and Chaloha Wellness the ("Client") for the use of all or a portion, as set forth above, of the facility named Hale Akua Garden Farm and Eco Retreat Center. Facility is located at 110 Doors of Faith Rd. Haiku, HI 96708 ("Building"). The capitalized terms set forth herein are defined terms under this Contract.
