(“Rented Premises”), and shall be occupied by the Tenant(s) for the purposes of residential occupancy only. Each Tenant is jointly and severally liable for the payment of rent and agrees to abide by the covenants, agreements, rules and regulations of this agreement and agrees not to conduct any act or activities on or about the Rented Premises for which consideration would normally be payable, including but not limited to activities such as child care services or operation of any other business or conduct any illegal activities.
