We, Blistering Brands LLC (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Company”), are offering a maximum of $20,000,000 in the aggregate of our 12.00% secured promissory notes (the “Notes”) pursuant to the Private Placement Memorandum (the “PPM”) dated January 25, 2022 (the “Offering”). Each Promissory Note will be sold at a public offering price of $10,000 per Note, as may be supplemented, with a minimum purchase amount of one Note ($10,000). The Notes will be sold to accredited investors.
