(“XES”), on behalf of its operating company affiliate – Southwestern Public Service Company (“SPS”) – hereby submits for filing this electronic filing of revised tariff sheets to the Xcel Energy Operating Companies Joint Open Access Transmission Tariff (“Joint OATT”),1 compliant with the Commission’s Order No. 714.2
