Effective upon your use of a BlueCat Offering, you or the organization you represent (the “Customer”) agree with BlueCat, that you have read, understand and accept all the provisions of this Agreement and agree to be bound by them. This Agreement may be updated from time to time, and the most current version will be published at https://bluecatnetworks.com/license-agreements/. Your acceptance of those updated terms shall be demonstrated by your continued use of the BlueCat Offerings. If you do not agree with these terms or any applicable updated terms, you may not use BlueCat Offerings and you can arrange for their return. This Agreement applies only to purchases of BlueCat Offerings from a Reseller.
