LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, an individual or entity (“Developer,” “you” or “your”) and FLIR Systems Inc., and its Affiliates (together, “FLIR”), and governs your use of any one of a family of FLIR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT KITs (SDKs), inclusive of the FLIR Mobile SDKs, FLIR Atlas SDK, FLIR Desktop SDKs, and FLIR Camera Module SDKs. The terms of this Agreement apply to any updates, supplements, and/or support services (if any) for the above-mentioned SDKs unless other terms accompany those items. If so, those terms apply.
