This Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement”) is made by and between the Town of Bolton, Massachusetts (“Town”), the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town (“ZBA”), and Gerard Ahearn, Jack Sargent, Bradley Reed, Kay Stoner and Andy Kischitz, the members of the ZBA (together, with the Town and the ZBA, the “Town Defendants”), on the one hand, and Cultivate Counseling Center, LLC, Cultivate Care Farms, Inc., Edwin P. Madera, Debra L. Madera, and Andrew J. Lapin (together, “Cultivate Counseling”), on the other. Together, the Town Defendants and Cultivate Counseling are the “Parties” to this Settlement Agreement.
