THIS EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is dated for the purposes of identification only as of , 2020 (the “Date of Agreement”), by and among the ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY, a public body corporate and politic (“Authority”), National Community Renaissance of California, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“NCRC” or “Developer”), and Encore Anaheim LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Owner”). Developer, Owner, and Authority are each individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” This Agreement shall be effective on the date Authority executes this Agreement (the “Effective Date”).
