This contract is made between the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre, having its principal place of business at 2nd Floor, Lawrence Nicholas Building, Ring Road, City of Belmopan, Belize (hereinafter referred to as “the Centre”) acting hereinafter and represented by Colin Young, PhD, Executive Director on the one Part and , having his principal place of business at (hereinafter referred to as “the National GCF Coordinator, the Bahamas”);
