THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) and the Supply Agreement are being entered between CLENE NANOMEDICINE, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Clene”) and 4LIFE RESEARCH, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“4Life”) effective as of August 31, 2018 (the “Effective Date”).
