This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Morgan State University (“Licensor”), an agency and instrumentality of the State of Maryland, located at 1700 E. Cold Spring Lane, Baltimore, MD 21251, on behalf of the Carl Murphy Fine Arts Center (“Center”), and the organization named in line 1 above (“Licensee”). For the purposes of this Agreement, Licensor will be referred to in this Agreement either as "University" or "Center" and Licensee will be referred to as "Licensee." In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth below and other good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:
