Terms and CondiTions of HireHire Agreement • November 5th, 2018
The Company in consideration of payment or an undertaking by the Customer to pay the amount of Hire charges calculated in terms of the Hire Rates as set out overleaf, lets to the Customer and the Customer hires the Hire Goods described overleaf. The conditions of hire as set out in this document take precedence over any other conditions which may have been included in the Customer’s offer to hire and this agreement constitutes a cancellation of any such prior conditions. This agreement records the whole agreement between the Company and the Customer and overrides all other agreements, terms or conditions purporting to relate to the hire of the Hire Goods save for the terms and conditions as contained in the Company’s Credit Agreement which is to be read with this agreement.
