This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Master Subscription Agreement (including Order Forms) between Customer and Salesloft or other written or electronic agreement between Salesloft and Customer for the purchase of online services from Salesloft (the “Agreement”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws and Regulations. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
