Pursuant to Maryland Code, Education Article, Section 7-127, this Career Counseling Agreement (“Agreement”) is hereby entered into by and between Howard County Office of Workforce Development (“OWD”) and Howard Community College (“HCC”) and Howard County Public School System (“HCPSS”), or commonly referred to herein each, as a “Party”, and together, as the “Parties”.
