This 20042011 Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for the Southwest Snohomish County Public Safety Communications Agency (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between all of the municipalities, agencies, and entities listed on Exhibit A attached hereto, and shall be effective on the date on which it has been adopted by the legislative authority of the last of each such municipality, agency, and entity.
