This contract is to furnish equipment lead acid batteries for equipment owned and/or leased by various agencies and political subdivisions. It is the intent of this contract to cover current product applications and any new product applications as they become available. This bid shall be a Request for Quotation” (RFQ); a single award for all items will be issued to the lowest responsible bidder, whose products meet the minimum quality defined herein. A sample shall be provided upon request.
