Springer operates various internet platforms through which customers can access Springer’s online products by subscription or one-time acquisition, subject to other applicable terms. The terms contained in these Online Terms and Conditions govern the parties’ rights and obligations to all online products of Springer set forth in Attachment B. The individual terms for the online products are set forth in Attachment B and are annexed to this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.
