This INFINIDAT Neutrix Cloud Customer Agreement is entered into by and between Infinidat, Inc. (“Infinidat,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) and you individually, and/or the entity that you have authority to represent (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). This Customer Agreement, together with any policies or other documents that are referenced or linked herein, and including any changes made in accordance with this Customer Agreement, are referred to collectively as this “Customer Agreement.” You represent and warrant that i) you are of lawful age and have the capacity to contract by entering into this Customer Agreement and, ii) if accepting these terms and conditions on behalf of a legal entity, that you have the legal authority to do so and to fully bind the legal entity to these terms and conditions. Terms used that are not defined in the body of this Customer Agreement are located in a Glossary section at the end of this Customer Agreement or shall be attributed with their natural meaning.
