This Master Agreement ("Agreement ") is made as of the day of August, 2005, by ATA Airlines, Inc., an Indiana corporation ("ATA"), Indianapolis Airport Authority, a municipal corporation existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Indiana ("IAA"), and Regions Bank, an Alabama state-chartered bank, as successor by merger to Union Planters Bank, N A ("Regions "; Regions, IAA and ATA are collectively referred to as the "Parties".)
