(hereinafter the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date, by and between Manistee Area Public Schools, a Michigan general powers school district, whose address is 550 Maple St., Manistee, Michigan 49660 (hereinafter “District”), and the CASMAN Academy, whose address is 225 Ninth Street, Manistee, MI 49660 (hereinafter “CASMAN”). Each is a “Party” and collectively are the “Parties.”
