Services Agreement Terms and ConditionsAustralia Business Unit • February 18th, 2024 • Queensland
These are the terms and conditions referred to in ConocoPhillips Australia’s Purchase Orders and Service Orders and which apply to the supply of the Services set out in the Purchase Orders and Service Orders. If any of these terms and conditions are unacceptable to Contractor, Contractor must not commence performance under the Purchase Order or Service Order and must promptly communicate Contractor’s issues with the terms and conditions to Company for resolution. If Contractor commences such performance without having notified Company of any such issues, or if Contractor communicates such issues to Company but still commences such performance prior to a written resolution of those issues being reached with Company, then Contractor is deemed to have accepted the Purchase Order or Service Order with all its terms and conditions and without any different terms or conditions proposed by Contractor.
