These AtHoc Standard Software License and Service Terms and Conditions (“Standard Terms and Conditions”) are a legal agreement between AtHoc, Inc. and Licensee (defined below). These Standard Terms and Conditions govern the software license(s) and services purchased by or on behalf of Licensee, either directly from AtHoc, Inc. or through its authorized distributor or reseller, as such software license(s) and services are specified in the LISA (defined below) that references or is accompanied by these Standard Terms and Conditions. AtHoc, Inc. is willing to license such software and provide such services only upon the condition that Licensee accepts these Standard Terms and Conditions. By installing or using any such software, or receiving any such services, Licensee indicates that it accepts and agrees to be bound by these Standard Terms and Conditions.
