The University of South Dakota has submitted a cooperative agreement with Western Iowa Tech Community College, Sioux City, IA to be considered by the Board in October, 2013. In addition, USD is submitting a summary of minor changes to a set of their existing articulation agreements with South Dakota’s Technical Institutes. These reflect minor curricular changes to USD’s programs that have been approved these past few years.
