This letter recommends approval of an agreement with Wyle Laboratories, Inc. to complete acoustical consulting services on properties in unincorporated Lennox and Athens for a period of ten months. Approval of the agreement will permit the continued provision of sound rated mitigation improvements that reduce the exterior noise impact for affected households in the County.
