This Allocation Agreement Re Settlement of Injunctive Claims (this "Agreement") is entered into by and between Anaheim Arena Management, LLC, a California limited liability company ("AAM") and the City of Anaheim ("Anaheim"). This Agreement is intended to memorialize the allocation of responsibility for the cost of completing certain “Architectural Remedial Work” pursuant to the “Injunctive Settlement.” Capitalized terms not otherwise in this Agreement shall be deemed to have the meaning proscribed to such terms in the Injunctive Settlement.
