This agreement is designed to promote dialogue between the supervisor(s) and the student to define their mutual expectations and to increase awareness of the rights and responsibilities governing the training program and the student-supervisor relationship. The aim is to anticipate and avoid potential problems and to facilitate a positive and mutually beneficial experience. This agreement should be reviewed annually and if necessary, revised and re-signed.
