This Agreement for Professional Architectural Services for Public Safety Facilities (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of January, 2022 (“Effective Date”) between Dasher Hurst Architects, P.A., a Florida Profit Corporation (“Consultant”) and Clay County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the “County”).
