I am aware that there are inherent risks associated with participating in the Program, including but not limited to, operating and interacting with equipment such as drills, wire strippers/cutters, pliers and hot glue guns that may result in injury to me. I acknowledge that I will be participating at my own risk and hereby assume those risks, including those that arise out of the acts or omissions of other Program participants. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Program, I hereby release, discharge and hold harmless MSI and the Chicago Park District and their respective employees, volunteers and agents from any and all claims, demands, rights and/or causes of action whatsoever of any kind or nature arising from bodily injury and/or loss/damage to property sustained by me arising out of my participation in the Program, including, to the extent permitted by law, claims, causes of action or liability arising out of the negligence of MSI, its employees, volunteers
