This Web Traffic Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Command Precision, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at 2 Burlington Woods Drive, Suite 100, Burlington, MA 01803 (“CP”) and Sovrn Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at 5541 Central Ave., Suite 100, Boulder, CO 80301 (together with its subsidiaries, “Web Traffic Provider”) and is effective as of the date signed by both CP and Web Traffic Provider (“Effective Date”). CP and Web Traffic Provider are sometimes referred herein to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
