In the event of any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Purchase Order and any other document relating to this transaction, including any terms and conditions in any invoice, proposal, or other Supplier document, the terms and conditions of this Purchase Order shall govern. The word “including” shall not limit the sense of the preceding words.
