ARTICLE‌ 1 GENERAL PURPOSE 1.01 The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory relations between the parties, to provide for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions, hours and wages for the employees who are subject to the provisions of this agreement. ARTICLE‌ 2 DEFINITION OF THE BARGAINING UNIT 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive Bargaining Agent for “all employees of Abzac Canada Inc. (Bowmanville Division), in the Town of Bowmanville, Ontario, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, customer service, sales, and office staff”.
