This Lease and Use Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this 11th day of April, 2023, by and between the City of Rapid City, South Dakota (“City”) by and through the Rapid City Regional Airport Board (“Lessor”) and BCI Properties LLC ("Lessee"). Lessor and Lessee may hereinafter be referred to as the “Parties”.
