This Second Amendment to Agreement (“Second Amendment”) is made by the County of Alameda (“County”) and A-Para Transit Corporation, (“Contractor”) with respect to that certain agreement for which services started on December 1, 2015, executed by the vendor on December 3, 2015 and by the County on December 22, 2015 and that certain First Amendment (collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement”) pursuant to which Contractor provides client transportation services to the County.
