This Rental Agreement is between the Regents of the University of California, on behalf of the University of California, San Diego and Scripps Institution of Oceanography, hearin referred to as “Regents”) and hereinafter referred to as “Client.” The purpose of this Agreement is to define the obligations of both parties pertaining to the rental of the Regents’ special events venue(s) described in the enclosed Attachment.
