This Interlocal Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU” or “Agreement”) for the continuation of Early College High School (“ECHS” or “ECHS@MC”), a Midland Independent School District campus, serving grades 9 through 12, situated at Midland College, is made and entered into as of August 1, 2023, by and between Midland College (“MC”) and Midland Independent School District (“MISD”) (together, the “Parties”), to commence at the beginning of the 2023-2024 academic year.
