This Joint Powers Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the State of Minnesota, acting through its Commissioner of Public Safety on behalf of the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (“BCA”), and the County of Wright acting on behalf of its Sheriff’s Office, 3800 Braddock Ave NE, Buffalo, MN, 55313-1197 (“Governmental Unit”). The BCA and the Governmental Unit may be referred to jointly as “Parties.”
