This Agreement will be effective on the date the Resident electronically completes and submits the housing application (the “Application”), to the University via their Housing and Dining account accessible via DrexelOne portal. A housing assignment will not be offered without the required housing deposit (if applicable). The information set forth in the Application shall be deemed incorporated into this Agreement.
