This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered this 15th day of December 2015 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“City”), and David Kramer (“Kramer”), owner and operator of the Cope House restaurant. City and Kramer are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
