This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between The University of Texas at San Antonio, on behalf of its College of Engineering, having a place of business at One UTSA Circle, San Antonio, TX 78249, hereinafter referred to as "UTSA" and "COE," and the Blinn College District, hereinafter referred to as "Blinn College," each of the aforementioned being referred to individually as the "Party" or collectively as the "Parties."
