This Agreement is made and entered into as of February 01, 2024 by and between the Truckee Tahoe Airport District, a public agency organized and operating under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 10356 Truckee Airport Rd., Truckee, CA 96161 (“District”), and the Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation, a California non-profit corporation with its principal place of business at 11071 Donner Pass Road, Truckee, CA 96161 (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”). District and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
