This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Midwest Alarm Services, 9350 G Court, Omaha, NE 68127 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated September 22, 2021, executed under City Directorial Order No. 26607, and County Contract C-21-0725, dated September 28, 2021, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on September 14, 2021, for Annual Service – Fire Alarm Panel Inspection, Testing, Repair, and Replacement, Quote No. 6396, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
