These terms and conditions (“Advisor Terms”) apply to Company’s participation as an Advisor, as defined below. By acting as an Advisor, Company agrees to comply with these Advisor Terms, which supplement and incorporate by reference the Microsoft Partner Network Agreement (the “MPNA”) that Company most recently accepted in connection with Company’s membership in the Microsoft Partner Network, and any other external documents incorporated by referenced in these Advisor Terms.
