By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of the GS1 US Certificate Policies (the “Policies”) located at http://www.gs1us.org/Portals/0/agreements/GS1%20US%20CERTIFI CATE%20POLICIES%20Members.pdf, which are incorporated and made a part of this Agreement by reference. The terms of this Agreement shall remain in force and apply to any course(s) for which you have attained a certificate.
