These Terms of Purchase form an integral part of all agreements entered into between us as the buyer (“Buyer”), and the Supplier specified in the offer or order. The general terms of the Supplier shall not apply. To the extent not otherwise regulated in agreements, these Terms of Purchase shall apply together with relevant provisions of the law, in particular the Civil Code. These Terms of Purchase shall not apply to framework agreements. These Terms of Purchase shall not apply to any other agreements to the extent such other agreements contain provisions more favourable for Buyer.
