This OPERATING AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of January 16, 2018, by and among CENTURY TOWNHOMES AT CANDELAS, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Company”), CENTURY LAND HOLDINGS, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as the “Member”, and HORIZON BUILDING SERVICES, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as “Manager.” This Operating Agreement supersedes all prior understandings, agreements (including any prior operating agreement), representations, warranties, arrangements, understandings and negotiations by or between the parties, whether written or oral.
