The following is the Agreement between the Business Owner (“Owner”) of the Business Checking Account and BAC Community Bank (“Bank”) governing the issuance and use of the Bank Business Debit Card(s) to be issued in connection with the referenced Business Checking Account (“Account”). This Agreement is entered into pursuant to and in accordance with the BAC Community Bank Business Debit MasterCard® (“Application”) submitted to Bank by Owner or Owner's Designee, which Application is incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement; and this Agreement is made in consideration of the issuance of a Business Debit MasterCard(s) by BAC Community Bank in accordance with the Application and this Agreement.
