This memorandum of understanding (hereinafter “MOU”) has been developed between Central Washington University (hereinafter “CWU”) and North Kitsap School District (hereinafter “School District”) to govern their relationship in administering the College in the High School/Cornerstone Program for the 2017-2018 academic year. It is intended to define the conditions under which students may enroll in CWU courses, and establish operational rules for enrollment in courses offered at high school sites.
