THIS AGREEMENT (“Addendum”), dated __________ (“Effective Date”), is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, LLC f/k/a BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Alabama (“AT&T Alabama”) and the Town of Trinity, Alabama (“Trinity”). AT&T Alabama and Trinity shall each sometimes be referred to separately as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
