These Single/Multi-Event Penthouse Lounge Seat License Agreement Terms and Conditions (also referred to as these Terms and Conditions) are fully incorporated into the Single/Multi-Event Penthouse Lounge Seat License Agreement (the “Agreement”). Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined in the Agreement. To the extent that any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with any provision of the Agreement or any other exhibits thereto, the applicable provision of the Agreement or other exhibit shall govern and control.
