This SUPPORT AGREEMENT is made as of June 28, 2021 (this “Agreement”), between Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (“BAM”), a corporation existing under the laws of the Province of Ontario, and Brookfield Asset Management Reinsurance Partners Ltd.
